Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your I Puzzle account and associated data (App Store and Google Play).
In the app (preferred)
- Open I Puzzle and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. This cannot be undone.
When you confirm:
- Account is closed (minimal removed stub may remain)
- Personal and gameplay data we store is deleted
- Atlas Pass access in the app ends immediately
Store billing: also cancel Atlas Pass in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions to stop renewals.
Email request
Email from your account address with subject I Puzzle account deletion request to the support email on the App Store or Play listing.
Data deleted
- Credentials, profile, wallet, progress, leagues, badges, push tokens
- Subscription entitlement & store purchase records we store
Data that may be kept
- Minimal closed-account stub (id + removed timestamp)
- Anonymized analytics; Apple’s and Google’s own store / Sign-In records
